Jenny Rice
Jenny Rice is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance, a certified Holy Yoga Instructor (C-HYI) & is also Pre/Post-Natal certified. She has been leading yoga students through breath & movement for over nine years. Jenny is passionate about helping every shape, size & fitness level feel at home in their bodies through the modality of yoga. In Jenny’s classes you’ll be guided through breath-work & a sustainable yoga sequence that teaches balance, flexibility, strength & mobility. Jenny structures her classes with a focus on functionality & gentle movement keeping in mind that ‘gentle’ is a relative term. You can expect to move, sweat & breathe. All levels welcome. Yoga for every BODY.
In addition to Jenny’s yoga offerings, you can also join her as she leads members through a 20-minute core focused strength class called “Express Core.” In this class you can expect to learn how to activate & strengthen deep muscles within the core. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
