My name is Katrina, I have been a personal trainer for 5+ years. I’m a mom to two rambunctious boys that not only keep me active but motivate me to be the best role model for their own health and wellness.

I use my knowledge and expertise to customize each clients plan according to their specific individual goals. I teach the fundamentals, the process and provide you with the knowledge now and in the future to turn fitness and health into a lifestyle that works best for you.
