Hello! My name is Michelle Morrow and I am an emergency nurse by profession and fitness coach/trainer by passion. I have over 20 years of experience in weightlifting, group fitness classes, and coaching youth in various sports.

I am passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals and achieve their optimal health. I help clients develop a healthy lifestyle and achieve their weight loss goals, increase their endurance, build muscle, and develop strength and resilience while building confidence.

I offer group fitness classes here at Trident, personal training, fitness coaching, meal guidance, and develop workout programs specific for clients' goals and schedules. I am invested in helping you reach your fitness goals!
